Rowdy Rooster products are handcrafted in small batches. Natural variations in the size, color, texture, heat level and distribution of jalapeño slices may occur from jar to jar or batch to batch. These variations do not constitute a defect.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, packaging, ingredients, prices, promotions or availability at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

  1. FOOD AND ALLERGEN INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product labels, ingredient statements, storage instructions and other information before consuming our products.

If you have a food allergy, dietary restriction, medical condition or sensitivity to any ingredient, contact us before purchasing or consuming a product. Do not consume a product if its ingredient information is unclear to you or if the jar arrives damaged, leaking, unsealed or otherwise compromised.

Products should not be consumed if the jar is cracked, leaking, bulging, improperly sealed, visibly spoiled or otherwise appears unsafe. If a jar arrives damaged, follow our Return and Refund Policy and contact us promptly.

Rowdy Rooster Artisan Market is not responsible for damage, spoilage or injury caused by improper storage, handling, use or consumption after delivery.

  1. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee its acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit or cancel an order for reasons including:
